Terms & Conditions FIFA 19 —
Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

To register and use the services FIFA 19, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling
• Not currently enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion programme
• Register under your own name with accurate and truthful personal information

FIFA 19 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) at any time for compliance and age verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

FIFA 19 reserves the right to decline a registration or close any account without providing a specific reason if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above eligibility conditions are not met.

FIFA 19 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

The minimum deposit into a FIFA 19 account is RM20 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, FIFA 19 reserves the right to set deposit limits based on account status and compliance requirements.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same FIFA 19 member's name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned in full. FIFA 19 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Members may withdraw funds from their FIFA 19 account at any time, provided the withdrawable balance is sufficient and all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM100,000 (limit may be updated for VIP members)
• Processing time: 3–30 minutes for e-wallets; up to 2 hours for bank transfers

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by uploading a valid identity document. This is an industry-standard requirement to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Withdrawals that require further review by the FIFA 19 security team may take up to 24 hours. In such cases, the member will be notified via email and customer support will be available to provide updates.

All bonuses and promotions offered by FIFA 19 are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

Welcome bonus up to RM100 available to new FIFA 19 members who make a first deposit of at least RM20. The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

At FIFA 19, all bets placed on eligible games are counted at a rate of 100% towards meeting the bonus wagering requirement. FIFA 19 members are fully responsible for keeping their account login details secure. This includes:

FIFA 19 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to secure their login details. However, if it is established that a security breach occurred on FIFA 19's end, we will take the appropriate remedial action.

FIFA 19 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual
• Bonus or promotion abuse, including coordination with other accounts
• Use of automated software, bots, or external tools that affect gameplay
• Identity fraud or use of false information during registration
• Money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions
• Attempts to interfere with the FIFA 19 platform's systems or security
• Any other breach of these Terms & Conditions

Members may also request voluntary closure of their FIFA 19 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned once all required security checks have been completed.

The maximum aggregate liability of FIFA 19 to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limit does not apply in cases of proven gross negligence or fraud on the part of FIFA 19.

FIFA 19 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members through:

• Email sent to the address registered to your FIFA 19 account
• Update the "Updated" date at the top of this document

Continued use of the FIFA 19 platform after notification of changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your FIFA 19 account and withdraw your eligible balance before the new terms take effect.
